JUL25 Workout: The Tri-Set Revolution is Here

This month’s workout is built around Tri-Sets—three exercises back-to-back targeting the same muscle group. It’s an efficient, high-intensity format that boosts your metabolism, maximizes time, and gets you real results.

Why it works:
  • Trains smarter, not just harder

  • Targets muscle from all angles

  • Improves recovery with purpose-built rest windows

  • Every track uses plates—even the core!

Perfect for you if:

  • Your grip or back gives out before your legs do

  • You’re short on time but want real results

  • You’re stuck in a progress plateau

  • You crave structured workouts with purpose

Strength is better shared. Grab a buddy and let’s get stronger together!
