How Much Exercise Do You Need?

To improve health and fitness, it’s recommended to engage in at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic activity or 75 minutes of vigorous-intensity activity per week, combined with muscle-strengthening activities on 2 or more days per week. Our variety of classes can help you meet and exceed these recommendations, making it easy to stay active and healthy and feel amazing.
