HIRT – HIGH INTENSITY RESISTANCE TRAINING

RT24 maximizes muscle growth through a “high volume, low loading” approach, pushing muscles to fatigue for optimal results. Each class ensures a full-body workout, targeting all major muscle groups. Experience efficient and effective fitness for overall strength and growth!

HIIT – HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING – Each class is designed to be no longer than 24 minutes of work. This allows us to work at High Intensity in short interval periods. The timing and structure of each class will vary but each class is based under the HIIT principles

FUNCTIONAL COMPOUND MOVEMENTS

RT24 is designed to incorporate as many compound movements as possible. This will not only aid muscle growth but when preformed correctly will help to reduce injuries and maintain training longevity.

MEASURING INDIVIDUAL PROGRESS

Each class will have a measurable aspect to it. This means you will be able to track your progress and will give you factual evidence for the results from RT24

MANAGE TIME EFFECTIVELY

Each workout will last for approximately 24 minutes. The high intensity aspect of the training results in reducing the time needed to train, which allows you to use your time for other activities more efficiently

RT24 – Are you ready to:

  • Build Muscle; the workouts are designed to build muscle by using low weight/high rep range exercises to fatigue the muscle groups.
  • Burn Calories; by using the HIIT principle and working the full body, we get to maximise calorie burn in the 24 minutes.
  • Variation; not only do we offer 2 different programs but dozens of different workouts in each program.

  • Community; due to the competitive element within the workouts, there becomes a strong community within RT24.
  • Time Efficient; including warm up and cool down, the class shouldn’t take any longer than 40 minutes.
